The PM Knowledge Areas

Most PM’s memorized PMI’s 10 Knowledge Areas for their PMP® exam.

These knowledge areas are usually one of the dreadful parts when studying for the exam. Mostly because of this chart and each knowledge areas alignment to The 5 Process Groups.

As complicated as this chart looks, it‘s not as bad as most students think.

Instead, you need to understand what is the goal of each knowledge area does - and how it impacts your project. From there, you can easily put together the pieces and flow of the project!
