Reader,

Today is Memorial Day. A day that forever lives in my mind as I reflect on the sacrifices made by my friends and fellow service members throughout the 20+ years in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I'll be taking some time today to reflect and remember. And I encourage you to too! If you don't know anyone impacted from the wars, I encourage you to take to google and research the fallen. Find a name and read their story. This is how we ensure they are all remembered. Because, the best thing we can do on this Memorial Day, is to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the country and not be lost in time.

We all know that the best lessons we learn about being a PM are not covered in a PMP® course, the PMBOK®, or prep books.

Instead, they come from learning on the go. And the best PM's take these lessons and use them for future success. In my latest video, I jump into 5 things no one told me that I've learned and want to share with you!

Check it out below!
